Payment must be successfully processed before an order can be completed.

If we cancel or materially modify an order, we will attempt to contact you using the contact information provided with your order.

Products purchased through Arizele are intended for personal or household use unless otherwise stated.

Prices, promotions, discounts, and product availability may change without notice.
The price charged will be the price displayed at the time your order is submitted, subject to correction of obvious pricing or technical errors.

Shipping and delivery estimates displayed by Arizele are estimates and are not guaranteed delivery dates.
Orders may be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, high order volumes, address issues, customs processing where applicable, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address.
If you notice an error in your shipping information, please contact support@arizele.com as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once an order has entered processing or shipment.

SECTION 6 — RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.
Eligible customers generally have 30 days after receiving an order to request a return, subject to the eligibility requirements and exceptions described in that policy.
Before returning an item, customers must contact us at support@arizele.com and receive return instructions.
Products sent to an address without prior return authorization may not be accepted.

However, sales and purchases made through our store are made directly with Arizele.
By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree that Shopify is not the seller of products purchased from Arizele and is not responsible for the sales transaction between you and Arizele, except to the extent required by applicable law.
